What are the shipping costs?
All orders over $50.00 are freight free anywhere within Australian mainland
All orders under $50.00 are flat $10.00 anywhere within Australian mainland
We can ship to home or work address. We use Australia Post's tracked parcel system. If you aren't home when Australia Post service attempt to deliver, they will leave a card and take your items to your local post office for you to collect. We can also ship to P.O Boxes or Parcel Collect lockers.
Please let us know if it is ok for Australia Post to leave the parcel in a safe place out of the weather if you are not home.
We can ship items via Express Post,but this service is subject to extra charges depending on the size of the item and the location it is being sent to. Please contact us if you require Express shipping.
What about international shipping?
Our shipping costs are only within Australia for regular post only (not Express Post).
If you require international shipping, please contact us to find out what the additional charges will be and arrange payment.
If you place and pay for an order from an international location before requesting a shipping quote, we will contact you with a shipping estimate and/or invoice before processing your order. If you aren't happy with the shipping estimate, we will refund your payment in full.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote on shipping costs to countries outside Australia.
Can I collect my items and save on shipping?
Unfortunately our products are not available for local pick up at this time.Your order will be dispatched within two working days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal, Credit Card or Direct Deposit. Once you confirm your order, you will be directed to the PayPal website where you can either pay with your PayPal account or with a major credit card.
You are welcome to call us and pay over the phone with Credit Card if you prefer. Orders are dispatched on receipt of payment.Please let us know if you have any queries about making payment.
Returns and refunds
We are sure you will be delighted with the quality of the items you order and we endeavor to describe all items as accurately as possible through our product photos and descriptions. However, if you're not happy with the item you receive, please contact us within 7 days to discuss an exchange or refund*.(*Sale items and custom made items excluded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.)
However please choose your items carefully as return postage is at the buyer's expense. Returned items must be in unused, brand new saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded.
Damaged or faulty items
We check all items before shipping but if you should receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement item. Please contact us within 7 days to discuss. We reserve the right to request that faulty items be returned for inspection before issuing a refund.
If the item is faulty we will cover the cost of return post.
Please ship in protective packaging as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded.
Once we have confirmed the fault, we will repair, replace or refund depending if the issue is major or minor. If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the return transport or inspection costs.
Any item that is returned that has been abused or damaged after receipt by the customer will not be accepted for refund.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
